After just a few months of working with Gerard, I PRd in the half marathon by 7 minute. I’ve been running for 15 years, followed training plans online, and even worked as an assistant XC coach for four years, but there’s nothing like having your own personal coach. I tend to do my best with regular accountability and communication. As a busy working mom, I had some fear (and guilt) about investing the time and money to work with a running coach, but I’m so glad I did. Gerard will work with your schedule and take the time to really get to know you. I fully recommend him as a coach if you’re looking to improve your running and do something good for yourself.
